Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.

Mash the potatoes and add 150ml of cooking cream, the butter, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste.

Put the Cauliflower mushrooms in a bowl and season it with olive oil, toscany spices, salt and pepper to taste.

Grab a frying pan and start frying the cauliflower mushrooms. While frying them put another pan on top to press them down.

Fry the mushrooms for 4 minutes each side. After they are fried, stet them aside.

In the same frying pan add the rest of the cooking cream with some salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for 4 minutes.

Time to plate! Don't forget to put that delicious creamy sauce on top of the mushrooms and top it with some chopped parsley.
