Our chestnut mushroom | 白蘑菇 is firm and spongy. The short white stalk is also edible, dense, thick and smooth with a slightly rubbery texture. Mild in flavour, slightly earthy with a meaty texture.
Chestnut mushrooms are a huge source of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins B2, B3 and B5.
Chestnut mushrooms are grown in special cells where an optimal climate is created by temperature and humidity. This mushroom does not need daylight for its growth.
