Our cepes, porcini, is a nutty mushroom with mild taste. This wild mushroom has a amazing flavour and appearance. The season for Cepes runs from early summer until late autumn. You get optimal results when you prepare cepes on the day you buy them. Cut off the bottom of the stalk because this is often a bit tough. Cepes can be used in hot and cold dishes. Wok them, mix them in a salad, your risotto or sauce. Also goes well with cream cheese.
