These are our purple Daikon radishes. They have a milder taste than white Daikon varieties. Very popular for their striped, colourful flesh. The purple radish can be grown all year round, but is mainly considered a winter or spring vegetable. It is widely used in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine.
