Grab the M. Portobello's and cut the stem.

In a bowl add 100ml of olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped M. Mini garlic. Toss the M. Portobello's in the mix. Set aside.

Finely chop the onion, M. mini garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and add them to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Fry it for 2 minutes

Add the cranberries and the ground beef, salt and pepper and fry it until it's brown.
OPTIONAL: At this stage you can also add the cinnamon stick.

Add the tomato paste and thyme and fry it all for 4 minutes.

Put the M. Portobello's in an oven platter and filled them with the meat. Cut 2 slices of the mozzarella and put it on top of the meat.

Set the oven to 220°C and put the filled M. Portobello's inside for 10 minutes.
