Chop the M. Keolmu Kimchi and cut the bottom of the M. Enoki mushrooms. Also finely chop 1 M. Mini garlic and 1 spring onion.

Save the liquid from the M. Keolmu Kimchi.

Add sesame oil to a wok pan and fry the M. Garlic, spring onion, chopped M. Keolmu Kimchi and M. Enoki mushrooms for 1 minute.

Add 2 tbsp of Mirin, 4 tbsp of soy sauce and the liquid from the M. Keolmu Kimchi and let it cook for 10 minutes in medium heat.

After the 10 minutes you can add 2 cups of cooked rice and mix it all together really well.

Fry a couple of eggs to go on top of the rice and top it all with some fresh spring onion and sesame seeds.
